Group Scout Leader - Various Groups

We're looking for a volunteer to support a scout group in Godalming, by managing the volunteers and enabling them to deliver amazing programmes for young people.

In this role, you will:

• Work with volunteers in the group to keep things running smoothly
• Enable volunteers to deliver really great, balanced programmes to young people in all sections
• Work with the district team and collaborate with other groups to help the group grow and develop

You'll be great if you are:

• Someone who gets things done
• Able to manage people and teams, and steer them in the right direction
• Great at communicating effectively with busy volunteers

We're not picky about whether you've been volunteering at Scouts for 20 years or you're just getting started. What's most important is that you're ready to get stuck in and make a difference!
