Our goal is to prepare young people in Godalming with skills for life. We encourage young people to do more, learn more and be more.
At Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Explorers and Network, young people make new friends, have amazing adventures, and learn new skills.
Every week we give 6-25 year olds the skills they need for school, college, university, the job interview, the important speech, the tricky challenge and the big dreams: the skills they need for life.
Everyone’s welcome here. All genders, races and backgrounds. Regardless of your child’s physical ability – there’s a Scout adventure out there waiting for them. And we’ll help them find it.

What is scouting?
Scouting is a worldwide educational movement for young people. Across the world, there are more than 500 million scouts in over 200 countries.
The purpose of the movement is to provide young people with opportunities to participate in programmes, events, activities and projects that contribute to their growth as active citizens.
